Sony DSC-U10 review
Sony strikes back with its new conception, the Sony DSC-U10 which is an exciting camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was shown on the North American market on the 27/6/02. The Sony DSC-U10 will be sold for 200in the US, a very fair price. The DSC-U10 has for maximum resolution 1280 x 960. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 640 x 480. The image ratio (width / height) on the Sony DSC-U10 has been set at 4:3, making a camera of 1.2 mega pixels. The lens's sensor of the DSC-U10 is a CCD which measures only 1/2.7 " with a RGB color filter. The normal focus range is 10 cm.
The min. shutter speed of the DSC-U10 is 1/30 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/1000 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this model which is always a useful function. The Sony DSC-U10 camera has an internal storage of 8 mb extendable by using Memory Stick. The LCD implemented in the DSC-U10 is measuring 1.0 ". USB connectivity to a computer is supported. To summarize, we really believe that the Sony DSC-U10 makes a fantastic camera and we encourage anyone interested in a great camera to buy this great camera.
