Sony strikes back with its new model, the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S2100 which is a special camera and setting new standards in the market! It was unveiled in North America on the 07/1/10. This nice little piece of technology measures 98 x 61 x 27 mm and weights 167 g. The Cyber-shot DSC-S2100 gets a maximum resolution of 4000 x 3000. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 4000 x 2672, 4000 x 2248, 3264 x 2448, 2592 x 1944, 2048 x 1536, 640 x 480. Sony added a digital zoom on its Cyber-shot DSC-S2100 with an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 40 cm.
The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the Cyber-shot DSC-S2100 is 1 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/1200 seconds. Movies are supported in this model which is always a useful function. The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S2100 has an internal storage space of 6 mb extendable with external storage with Memory Stick Duo/Pro Duo, optional SD, Internal. The LCD screen of the Cyber-shot DSC-S2100 measures 3 ". USB connectivity to a computer is supportedUSB 2.0 (480Mbit/sec).
