Pentax Q review
Pentax presents its new camera, the Pentax Q which is a very exciting camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was announced in North America on the 23/6/2011. This nice camera measures 98 x 57 x 31 mm and weights 180 g. The Q has for maximum resolution 4000 x 3000. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 4000 x 2664, 4000 x 2248, 3456 x 2595, 3456 x 2304, 3456 x 1944, 2992 x 2992, 2688 x 2016, 2688 x 1792, 2688 x 1512, 2016 x 2016, 1920 x 1440, 1920 x 1280, 1440 x 1440. The ratio of the image (w/h) on the Pentax Q has been set at 1:1, 4:3, 3:2, 16:9, making a camera of 12.4 mega pixels.
The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the Q is 30 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this version being a very useful function. The LCD implemented in the Q is measuring 3 ". Connection to a computer is available through USBUSB 2.0.
