Pentax Optio E50 review
Pentax presents its new model, the Pentax Optio E50 which is a very exciting camera and setting new standards in the market! It was announced on the North American market on the 23/1/08. It also supports a lower resolution of 2592 x 1944, 2304 x 1728, 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1024 x 768, 640 x 480. The internal sensor on the Optio E50 is a CCD of dimensions 1/2.5 " using a RGB color filter. Pentax added a digital zoom on its Optio E50 and included an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras . The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 40 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the Optio E50 is 4 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds.
Movies are supported in this version being a very useful function. The Pentax Optio E50 has an internal storage space of 10 mb extendable by using SD/MMC/SDHC card + Internal. The LCD implemented in the Optio E50 diagonally measures 2.4 ". A video output is available allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television.
