Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1 review
Panasonic is back with its new conception, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1 which is a special camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was unveiled in North America on the 14/2/06. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1 is sold at a price of 339in the United States, considered affordable for such a camera. The Lumix DMC-TZ1 gets a maximum resolution of 2560 x 1920. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The image ratio (w/h) on the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1 is 4:3, 3:2, 16:9, for a total of 4.9 mega pixels. The internal sensor on the Lumix DMC-TZ1 is a CCD which measures 1/2.5 " with a RGB color filter.
Panasonic included a digital zoom on the Lumix DMC-TZ1 with an internal flash which is always essential in a camera . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 40 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the Lumix DMC-TZ1 is 8 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/2000 seconds. The movie mode is supported on this camera which is always a useful function. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1 includes an internal memory of 13 mb and can be extended with external storage by using SD/MMC card + Internal.
