Panasonic arrives this year with its new conception, the Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FS3 which is a very exciting camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was unveiled in the US on the 29/1/08. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 3264 x 2176, 3264 x 1840, 2560 x 1712, 2560 x 1920, 2560 x 1440, 2048 x 1536, 2048 x 1360, 1920 x 1080, 1600 x 1200, 640 x 480. The lens's sensor of the LUMIX DMC-FS3 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.5 " having a RGB color filter. Panasonic added a digital zoom on its LUMIX DMC-FS3 and included an internal flash which is always essential in a camera .
The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 50 cm. The min. shutter speed of the LUMIX DMC-FS3 is 60 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this model being a very useful function. The Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FS3 has an internal memory of 50 mb and can be extended with SD/MMC/SDHC card + Internal.
