Olympus SZ-11 review
Olympus presents its new model, the Olympus SZ-11 which is a very exciting camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was announced on the North American market on the 27/7/2011. This nice little piece of technology measures 106 x 69 x 40 mm and weights 226 g. The SZ-11 offers a maximum resolution of 4288 x 3216. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 4288 x 2416, 3264 x 2448, 2560 x 1920, 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image (w/h) on the Olympus SZ-11 has been set at 4:3, 16:9, making a total of 14.0 mega pixels. Olympus added a digital zoom on its SZ-11 and also added an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras .
The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the SZ-11 was set at 4 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/2000 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this model which is always a useful function. The LCD screen available on the SZ-11 diagonally measures 3 ". USB connectivity to a computer is supportedUSB 2.0.
