Olympus SP-610UZ review
Olympus launches its new camera, the Olympus SP-610UZ which is a very exciting camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was shown on the North American market on the 6/1/2011. This nice little piece of technology measures 107 x 73 x 73 mm and is weighting only 405 g. The SP-610UZ can be set to a maximum resolution of 4288 x 3216. It also supports a lower resolution of 4288 x 2416, 3264 x 2448, 2560 x 1920, 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image (width / height) on the Olympus SP-610UZ is set at 4:3, 16:9, making a total of 14.0 mega pixels.
Olympus implemented a digital zoom on the SP-610UZ and also added an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras . The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the SP-610UZ was set at 4 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/2000 seconds. Movies are supported in this model which is always a useful function. The LCD screen available on the SP-610UZ diagonally measures 3 ". Connection to a computer is available through USBUSB 2.0. Briefly, we think the Olympus SP-610UZ makes a fantastic camera and we recommend our readers to consider this great camera.
