Olympus Stylus 7040 review
Olympus unveils its new camera, the Olympus Stylus 7040 which is a very exciting camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was shown in North America on the 07/1/10. This nice camera measures 95 x 56 x 26 mm and has for weight 144 g. The Stylus 7040 has for maximum resolution 4288 x 3216. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 4288 x 2416, 2560 x 1920, 2048 x 1536, 1920 x 1080, 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. Olympus added a digital zoom on its Stylus 7040 and included an internal flash which is very handy to any cameras nowadays . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 70 cm.
The min. shutter speed of the Stylus 7040 is 4 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/2000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported on this camera being a very useful function. The Olympus Stylus 7040 includes an internal memory of 2 GB Internal and can be extended with external storage by using SC/SDHC, Internal. The LCD screen available on the Stylus 7040 diagonally measures 3 ". A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computerUSB 2.0 (480Mbit/sec).
