Olympus FE-340 review
Olympus strikes back with its new model, the Olympus FE-340 which is a very special camera and setting new standards in the camera industry! It was announced on the North American market on the 22/1/08. It also supports a lower resolution of 2560 x 1920, 2048 x 1536, 1920 x 1080, 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The lens's sensor of the FE-340 is a CCD which measures 1/2.35 " with a RGB color filter. Olympus included a digital zoom on the FE-340 with an internal flash being very common in new cameras . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 60 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min.
exposition to light) on the FE-340 is 1 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. The movie mode is supported on this camera being a very useful function. The Olympus FE-340 has an internal memory of 48 mb extendable with external storage with xD Picture Card + Internal. The LCD screen of the FE-340 is measuring 2.7 ". A video out plug exists allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television. Connection to a computer is available through USB.
