Nikon Coolpix L16 review
Nikon unveils its new model, the Nikon Coolpix L16 which is a very exciting camera and setting new standards in the camera industry! It was shown on the North American market on the 29/1/08. It also supports a lower resolution of 2592 x 1944, 2048 x 1536, 1920 x 1080, 1024 x 768, 640 x 480. The lens's sensor of the Coolpix L16 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.5 " with a RGB color filter. Nikon implemented a digital zoom on the Coolpix L16 with an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 50 cm.
The minimum shutter speed on the Coolpix L16 is 4 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/1500 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this version which is always a useful function. The Nikon Coolpix L16 camera has an internal storage of 21 mb extendable with SD/MMC/SDHC card + Internal. The LCD implemented in the Coolpix L16 is measuring 2.8". There is also a video out output available letting you see your pictures on television. A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computer.
