Minolta DiMAGE Xt review
Minolta unveils its new camera, the Minolta DiMAGE Xt which is an exciting camera and setting new standards in the market! It was shown on the North American market on the 01/3/03. This nice little piece of technology measures 86 x 67 x 20 mm while weights 155 g. The DiMAGE Xt can be set to a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536. It also supports a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The image ratio (width / height) on the Minolta DiMAGE Xt is set at 4:3, making a total of 3.1 mega pixels. The lens's sensor of the DiMAGE Xt is a CCD of dimensions 1/2.7 " having a RGB color filter.
Minolta included a digital zoom on the DiMAGE Xt and included an internal flash which is very handy to any cameras nowadays . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 15 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the DiMAGE Xt was set at 4 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/1000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this model which is always a useful function. The Minolta DiMAGE Xt has an internal storage space of 16 mb extendable with SD/MMC card. The LCD screen of the DiMAGE Xt measures 1.5 ".
There is also a video out output available allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television. A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computer. To conclude, we truly think the Minolta DiMAGE Xt is a very interesting camera and we would encourage you to consider this great camera.
