Minolta DiMAGE F300 review
Minolta arrives this year with its new conception, the Minolta DiMAGE F300 which is an exciting camera and setting new standards in the market! It was announced on the North American market on the 08/1/03. This nice camera measures 111 x 52 x 32 mm while weights 220 g. The DiMAGE F300 delivers a maximum resolution of 2560 x 1920. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The image ratio on the Minolta DiMAGE F300 has been set at 4:3, for a total of 4.9 mega pixels. The internal sensor on the DiMAGE F300 is a CCD which measures only 1/1.8 " using a RGB color filter.
Minolta implemented a digital zoom on the DiMAGE F300 with an internal flash being very common in new cameras . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 50 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the DiMAGE F300 is 4 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/1000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported on this camera being a very useful function. The Minolta DiMAGE F300 has an internal storage space of 32 mb extendable with external storage with SD/MMC card. The LCD screen of the DiMAGE F300 is measuring 1.5 ".
A video out plug exists allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television. USB connectivity to a computer is supported. To conclude, we think the Minolta DiMAGE F300 is a fantastic camera and we encourage anyone interested in a great camera to consider this great camera.
