Minolta unveils its new camera, the Minolta DiMAGE F200 which is a special camera and setting new standards in the camera industry! It was presented in North America on the 02/3/03. The DiMAGE F200 gets a maximum resolution of 2272 x 1704. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The image ratio on the Minolta DiMAGE F200 has been set at 4:3, for a total of 3.9 mega pixels. The sensor of the DiMAGE F200 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/1.8 " having a RGB color filter. Minolta included a digital zoom on the DiMAGE F200 and included an internal flash which is always essential in a camera .
The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 50 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the DiMAGE F200 is 4 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/1000 seconds. Movies are supported in this model being a very useful function. The Minolta DiMAGE F200 has an internal memory of 16 mb extendable with SD/MMC card. The LCD screen of the DiMAGE F200 diagonally measures 1.5 ".
