Kyocera Finecam M400R review
Kyocera launches its new conception, the Kyocera Finecam M400R which is a very special camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was announced on the North American market on the 14/2/04. The Finecam M400R can be set to a maximum resolution of 2272 x 1704. It also supports a lower resolution of 1600 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The image ratio (w/h) on the Kyocera Finecam M400R is 4:3, making a total of 4.0 mega pixels. The sensor on the Finecam M400R is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.7 " using a RGB color filter. Kyocera added a digital zoom on its Finecam M400R and included an internal flash being very common in new cameras .
The normal focus range is 60 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the Finecam M400R is 2 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. Movies are supported in this version which is always a useful function. The LCD implemented in the Finecam M400R diagonally measures 1.5 ". A video out plug exists allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television. USB connectivity to a computer is supported.
