Konica Minolta DiMAGE X1 review
Konica Minolta unveils its new conception, the Konica Minolta DiMAGE X1 which is a very exciting camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was announced on the North American market on the 15/7/05. This nice camera measures 95 x 68 x 20 mm and has for weight 185 g. The DiMAGE X1 has for maximum resolution 3264 x 2448. It also supports a lower resolution of 2560 x 1920, 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image (width / height) on the Konica Minolta DiMAGE X1 is set at 4:3, making a total of 8.0 mega pixels. The internal sensor on the DiMAGE X1 is a CCD which measures 1/1.8 " and uses a RGB color filter.
Konica Minolta implemented a digital zoom on the DiMAGE X1 and included an internal flash which is very handy to any cameras nowadays . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 10 cm. The min. shutter speed of the DiMAGE X1 is 1 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/1250 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this model being a very useful function. The Konica Minolta DiMAGE X1 has an internal storage space of 16 mb extendable by using SD/MMC card.
The LCD screen of the DiMAGE X1 is measuring 2.5 ". Connection to a computer is available through USB. Briefly, we really believe that the Konica Minolta DiMAGE X1 makes a very attractive camera and we encourage anyone interested in a great camera to consider this item.
