Konica Minolta strikes back with its new model, the Konica Minolta KD-510 Zoom which is a very exciting camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was announced on the North American market on the 03/6/03. The KD-510 Zoom offers a maximum resolution of 2592 x 1944. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image (w/h) on the Konica Minolta KD-510 Zoom is set at 4:3, for a total of 5.0 mega pixels. The internal sensor on the KD-510 Zoom is a CCD which measures 1/1.8 " with a RGB color filter. Konica Minolta added a digital zoom on its KD-510 Zoom with an internal flash being very common in new cameras .
The normal focus range is 50 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the KD-510 Zoom is 1 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. Movies are supported in this model which is always a useful function. The Konica Minolta KD-510 Zoom includes an internal memory of 2 mb extendable by using Internal, SD/MMC card, Memory Stick. The LCD screen of the KD-510 Zoom diagonally measures 1.5 ". Connection to a computer is available through USB.
