Kodak Z700 review
Kodak strikes back with its new camera, the Kodak Z700 which is a very exciting camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was unveiled in North America on the 06/1/05. The Kodak Z700 was initially targeted at a retail price of 198in the US, no bad for all this technology. The Z700 can be set to a maximum resolution of 2304 x 1728. The image ratio (w/h) on the Kodak Z700 is 4:3, 3:2, for a total of 4.0 mega pixels. The sensor on the Z700 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.5 " using a RGB color filter. Kodak added a digital zoom on its Z700 with an internal flash being very common in new cameras .
The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 60 cm. The min. shutter speed of the Z700 is 8 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/1600 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this version which is always a useful function. The Kodak Z700 has an internal storage space of 16 mb and can be extended with SD/MMC card + Internal. The LCD implemented in the Z700 diagonally measures 1.6 ". There is also a video out output available allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television.
USB connectivity to a computer is supported. Briefly, we really believe that the Kodak Z700 is a very interesting camera and we encourage anyone interested in a great camera to consider this great camera.
