HP Photosmart R725 review
HP unveils its new model, the HP Photosmart R725 which is a great camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was shown on the North American market on the 04/1/06. The Photosmart R725 has for maximum resolution 2864 x 2160. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 2592 x 1936. The image ratio (w/h) on the HP Photosmart R725 has been set at 4:3, making a camera of 6.2 mega pixels. The internal sensor on the Photosmart R725 is a CCD which measures 1/2.5 " using a RGB color filter. HP included a digital zoom on the Photosmart R725 with an internal flash which is very handy to any cameras nowadays .
The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 50 cm. The min. shutter speed of the Photosmart R725 is 16 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this version which is always a useful function. The HP Photosmart R725 has an internal memory of 32 mb extendable with SD card + Internal. The LCD screen available on the Photosmart R725 measures 2.0 ". Connection to a computer is available through USB.
