HP Photosmart R507 review
HP impresses with its new camera, the HP Photosmart R507 which is a special camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was announced in North America on the 02/8/04. The HP Photosmart R507 will be sold for 246in the US, a very interesting deal. The Photosmart R507 offers a maximum resolution of 2320 x 1744. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The image ratio on the HP Photosmart R507 is set at 4:3, for a total of 4.1 mega pixels. The sensor on the Photosmart R507 is a CCD which measures 1/2.5 " with a RGB color filter. HP included a digital zoom on the Photosmart R507 and also added an internal flash which is always essential in a camera .
The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 50 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the Photosmart R507 was set at 16 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/2000 seconds. Movies are supported in this version which is always a useful function. The HP Photosmart R507 includes an internal memory of 32 mb and can be extended with external storage by using SD card + Internal. The LCD screen of the Photosmart R507 diagonally measures 1.5 ".
A video output is available allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television. Connection to a computer is available through USB. Briefly, we believe the HP Photosmart R507 is a fantastic camera and we encourage anyone interested in a great camera to buy this wonderful camera.
