Epson arrives this year with its new camera, the Epson PhotoPC L-400 which is a very exciting camera and setting new standards in the camera industry! It was shown in North America on the 02/4/03. The Epson PhotoPC L-400 is sold at a price of 400in the US, a very fair price. This model measures 105 x 60 x 32 mm while weights 285 g. The PhotoPC L-400 can be set to a maximum resolution of 2304 x 1728. It also supports a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image on the Epson PhotoPC L-400 is set at 4:3, for a total of 4.0 mega pixels. The sensor of the PhotoPC L-400 is a CCD which measures 1/2.5 " and uses a RGB color filter.
Epson included a digital zoom on the PhotoPC L-400 with an internal flash which is always essential in a camera . The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 50 cm.
