Epson PhotoPC L-300 review
Epson launches its new model, the Epson PhotoPC L-300 which is a special camera and setting new standards in the market! It was announced on the North American market on the 02/4/03. The Epson PhotoPC L-300 will be sold at a retail price of 300in the United States, a very fair price. This nice camera measures 105 x 60 x 32 mm while weights 285 g. The PhotoPC L-300 can be set to a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536. It also supports a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image on the Epson PhotoPC L-300 is set at 4:3, making a total of 3.1 mega pixels. The sensor on the PhotoPC L-300 is a CCD which measures only 1/2.5 " and uses a RGB color filter.
Epson implemented a digital zoom on the PhotoPC L-300 and also added an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 50 cm. The min. shutter speed of the PhotoPC L-300 was set at 1/2 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. Movies are supported on this camera being a very useful function. The Epson PhotoPC L-300 includes an internal memory of 16 mb and can be extended with SD card.
The LCD screen available on the PhotoPC L-300 is measuring 1.5 ". There is also a video out output available allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television. Connection to a computer is available through USB. To finish, we think the Epson PhotoPC L-300 is a fantastic camera and we encourage anyone interested in a great camera to buy this great camera.
