Casio Exilim EX-P505 review
Casio arrives this year with its new camera, the Casio Exilim EX-P505 which is a great camera and setting new standards in the camera industry! It was announced in the US on the 31/1/05. The Casio Exilim EX-P505 will be sold at a retail price of 347in North America, a very fair price. The Exilim EX-P505 offers a maximum resolution of 2560 x 1920. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 640 x 480. The image ratio (w/h) on the Casio Exilim EX-P505 is set at 4:3, 3:2, making a camera of 4.9 mega pixels. The sensor of the Exilim EX-P505 is a CCD which measures only 1/2.5 " having a RGB color filter.
Casio included a digital zoom on the Exilim EX-P505 and included an internal flash which is very handy to any cameras nowadays . The normal focus range is 40 cm. The min. shutter speed of the Exilim EX-P505 is 60 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/2000 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this version which is always a useful function. The Casio Exilim EX-P505 camera has an internal storage of 7.5 mb extendable with external storage with SD/MMC card + Internal. The LCD screen of the Exilim EX-P505 diagonally measures 2.0 ".
