Canon PowerShot SD1300 IS review
Canon strikes back with its new conception, the Canon PowerShot SD1300 IS which is a very special camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was shown in the US on the 08/2/10. This nice little piece of technology measures 91 x 56 x 22 mm and has for weight 140 g. The PowerShot SD1300 IS can be set to a maximum resolution of 4000 x 3000. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 4000 x 2248, 3264 x 2448, 2592 x 1944, 1600 x 1200, 640 x 480, 320 x 140. Canon added a digital zoom on its PowerShot SD1300 IS with an internal flash being very common in new cameras .
The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 50 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the PowerShot SD1300 IS was set at 15 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/1500 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this model which is always a useful function. The LCD screen of the PowerShot SD1300 IS is measuring 2.7 ". A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computerUSB 2.0 (480Mbit/sec).
